Practical Guide to Prayer & Meditation

This class will lay the foundation necessary for a positive experience of meditation and prayer; explain the theory and practice of meditation and prayer and give steps for the practice; and offer suggestions on the practical applications of prayer in the areas of healing, prosperity and relationships. Required Reading: "A Practical Guide to Meditation and Prayer" by Unity minister Rev. J. Douglas Bottorff. This class counts as a New Member Class.
